Mental Health is an area that affects a quietly enormous number of Australians. A 2019 Study found that almost half of all Australians aged 16-85 had experienced a mental health issue in their lifetime. This includes a range of disorders and symptoms that can impact mood and thinking such as anxiety, depression, paranoia and panic attacks. Mental ill-health has increased in recent years, especially in the wake of a global pandemic. Many consider this to be a worsening crisis, especially among younger Australians.
